The Commons @ STACC
The Commons is a new community gathering and event space coming to the Upper Level of STACC in Summer 2026. Operated by a local nonprofit organization, The Commons will provide a welcoming place for meetings, celebrations, workshops, performances, and community events in the heart of Manitou Springs.
More details will be announced soon. Stay tuned as we prepare to open a new space where community, connection, and collaboration can thrive.
*The Commons will be one of the ministries housed at STACC, operated by a separate organization, in conjunction with the STACC & St. Michael’s Episcopal Church.
Welcome to St. Andrew’s Community Center
For more than a century St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, located in the heart of Manitou Springs, has stood as as a place of prayer, welcome, and service. Since its founding in 1870, generations have gathered within its walls to worship, celebrate milestones, and find strength in times of need. St. Andrew’s was never just a building. It was a spiritual home and ministered to the people of Manitou Springs with compassion, courage, and care. Yet, like many congregations, recent years brought a decline in attendance and impact. Instead of closing the story, St. Michael’s Episcopal Church, Colorado Springs, is helping to write a new chapter: one filled with possibility, renewal, and hope.
The Community Center is designed to serve Manitou Springs with flexibility and creativity. With the upstairs serving as a community gathering space and the lower level serving as a community service space, the building is well equipped to support the needs of Manitou Springs.
This work is about more than programs, it’s about people. It’s a place of connection, compassion, and collaboration — where volunteers can engage deeply, hear new stories, take on meaningful challenges, and stay hopeful about our shared future.
