What if I need emergency care?
We do not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.

Who can receive care at The Clinic at the STACC?

No. The Clinic provides care at no cost, and insurance is not required. If you have insurance, we may bill your insurance company.

No. We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins based on availability.

What can I expect when I arrive?
Please arrive on the lower level (Canon Ave.) entrance. Please notify a volunteer that you want to go to the Clinic. We will gather basic information. You may need to wait until a provider is available.

What types of medical services are offered?
We provide basic primary care services such as check-ups, treatment for minor illnesses and injuries, chronic condition support, and health screenings.

Can you prescribe medications?
Yes, our medical providers can prescribe medications when appropriate. We may also help connect you to low-cost pharmacy options.

Do you provide lab work or testing?
Some basic testing or screening may be available.

What counseling services are available?
We offer supportive counseling and behavioral health services, including help with stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and more.

Are counseling services confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is very important to us. All services are provided in a confidential and respectful environment.

The Clinic is located at the St. Andrew’s Community Center (STACC) in Manitou Springs.

Is the clinic ADA accessible?
Yes, we are committed to providing accessible care for all.

What should I bring to my visit?
If possible, bring a photo ID, a list of medications, and any relevant medical information. If you don’t have these, you can still be seen.
