As the Director of Operations, Elena oversees the facility management, safety, building programming, building partners, while cultivating relationships with local businesses and organizations. Elena also serves on the Board of Directors for Manitou Springs Carnivale, is a member of the Manitou Springs Women's Club, a social activist, and a volunteer for local events. Through her position at St. Andrew’s, she aspires to help her neighbors move through hardships that she herself has experienced, and strives to help others heal. Her sons, Frankie and Vinnie, are students in the Manitou Springs School District, and she is married to Daniel. Elena has a degree in medical coding/billing, a background in business development, and strategic partnerships. She hopes to make a real difference in our community, creating a vibrant, loving, accepting and safe environment in one of the hearts of Manitou Springs.

Marianne Rommerdahl

Marianne Rommerdahl currently serves as the part-time Director of Outreach at STACC. She is passionate about connecting neighbors with food, resources, and support. Marianne is a U.S. Air Force Academy graduate, former Security Forces Officer, and community leader in Manitou Springs, Colorado. She also has a background in commercial real estate and project management. Marianne lives in Manitou Springs with her husband of nearly 11 years, Kjell, and their two sons, Lars and Leif, who attend Manitou Springs Elementary School. Their family also includes a sweet dog named Clementine. In her free time, Marianne enjoys hiking, skiing, and weightlifting.

Matt has been in Colorado since 2020 and currently serves as the Rector (Senior Pastor) at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church. Matt has an undergraduate degree from Shepherd University and a Master of Divinity (MDiv) from General Theological Seminary. He has served churches in New York City, Philadelphia, and Charlotte. After receiving a call to “help” St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, Matt and the leadership at St. Michael’s envisioned a bold new use for the building. He enjoys leading pilgrimages, leaning into innovative models for ministry, and equipping lay leaders to be the Church. Matt is married to Alicia and they have two children (and Archie, the family dog). Matt enjoys hiking, skiing, and chasing adventure!
